Holiday Mini-Photo Session Contract

Mini Sessions will be held at Tempe Market Place on Friday, December 6th, & Saturday December 7th 2024.
Gallery Uploads - The proofs will be ready within 3-4 days after session date. Please choose your final five (5) images during this time.
Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Vicki Love Photography. Your final high-res edited images shall be available to the Client within 2 days after the final selection. (5 images)
Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer owns the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer.
Client’s Usage. The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer. If the Photographer provides a digital file print release, the Client must act in accordance with the release.
Model Release. I grant permission for Vicki Love Photography, to take and use; printed or electronic publications, websites, or other electronic communications, media, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any products or service. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of the images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Vicki Love Photography. Model Release approval must be made by a parent/guardian if any photo session participants are less than 18 years of age. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual. I have read and fully understand this information in this model release. I agree this model release is for everyone involved in the session.
